Referrals and enquiries can be submitted via email or by contacting the practice directly.
Clients may be referred by a general practitioner, paediatrician, psychiatrist or other health professional or may self-refer. Medicare rebates are available for eligible clients with a valid GP Mental Health Treatment Plan or relevant medical referral.
